Numerously not yet supported on Apple Silicon Macs
/We just discovered that Numerously automatically showed up for download on Macs with Apple Silicon.
Very cool, but there are things that don’t work quite right as we didn’t develop for keyboard and mouse support.
We have disabled it’s availability from the Mac App Store, for now, but if you were among the few that got it and want to continue experimenting with it, you will need to turn on TOUCH ALTERNATIVES in the Menu to allow you to have the swipe gestures. But even with this enabled, it will be janky.
Some notable things we have spotted so far:
No way to emulate the pinch in of two cells to merge them
Touch pad doesn’t behave like the touch screen of devices, so we will need to look into that for a following update
The keypad on keyboard doesn’t register the operators, only the numbers.
This doesn’t make for a seamless workflow, so we’ll need to investigate.
There is work that needs to be done here, so please be patient as we look into providing optimal support for the desktop experience.
